优贸网海关数据营销平台，会根据用户体验、市场调研、客户反馈等不断升级优化优贸网平台的各项功能，以便给所有用户带来更好的服务。
本次优化的项目是优贸网的客户管理系统，优化的内容有：
1、 为了精细化管理客户，将【买家库】再细分为了：AI自动开发客户、潜在客户、意向客户、合作客户。(AI自动开发客户的功能正在加紧上线中，届时再通知使用方法)
2、 增加了设置类别，即设置产品名称。如果之前没有设置过产品类别名称，在首次添加买家进CRM时，系统会跳出提示用户先做分类。如下图
设置好了产品分类后，以后添加客户至CRM就只需要选择对应的类别。可以单个添加，也可以批量操作。
3、 增加了设置客户来源
优贸网已添加了优贸网、国际展会、Alibaba、Linkedin、Google、搜索引擎这六个类目，用户可以继续新增、自定义或对原类目进行编辑、删除等。
这些设定好了后，就可以在CRM中，对指定产品、指定来源的买家进行分类管理和AI自动化营销了，你只需坐等买家的回复及买家点读报告。
目前只是做了这些分类管理，也是为了即将上线的AI功能作准备的，相当于为贵司免费顾佣了2个外贸机器人：一个负责开发精准客户、一个负责精准邮件营销。接下来，将上线AI自动开发客户、自动化营销、邮件群发等功能，敬请期待。
