名头最唬人的应该是这两个：

Chief Procurement Officer (CFO) 首席采购官

Executive Director of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing



前者很有意思，因为 Chief Financial Officer 的缩写也是 CFO；后者来自某个品牌商，名头很唬：“战略采购执行总监”，也没有打过深入的交道，只有过一两封邮件的联系。


这 50 多种形形色色的职位头衔名称，其实有很大一部分职位的工作主要负责内容和职责是有明显交集的。有些名头也是根据公司规模组织架构，公司人事部门设定以及具体到部门人员对职位名称的偏好来决定的。


比如，有些公司职位分得比较细，比如 Buyer 和 Planner 是分开的作为一个采购团队的两种不同职位，而有些公司则并不分得那么清楚，这一点从客户署名的职位名称 Buyer/Planner 写在一起即可看出来。


有些公司的采购梯队是

Procurement Assistant -> Procurement Specialist -> Procurement Manager -> Procurement Director



有些则是

Assistant Buyer/Purchasing Assistant -> Buyer/Purchasing -> Senior Buyer/... -> Purchasing Manager/Director



有别于英语头衔，由于我也开发很多西语市场客户，所以以下西语客户的头衔也很常见：

  • Gerente General

  • Compras

  • Gerente de Compras

  • Gerente de Logística y Abastecimiento



还有一些别的头衔的客人也参与到样品和订单到具体沟通细节中来过，比如：


  • Product Develop Manager

  • Product Management Manager

  • Operations Manager

  • Logistics Manager

  • Procurement Analyst



不同的行业又会牵涉出更多的人员，如一些机电行业则可能会有技术／工程／设计类人，如：


  • Technical Manager

  • Engineer

  • Design

  • Brand Planner



还有不少客户，邮件签名中里并不表露自己的职位，仅仅留下姓名，有时候最多注明个部门。这里面原因有很多种，有些明明是老板但就是低调得很不写职位，也有些是性格使然或者自信，还有些是因为职位写了还不如不写，比如 xxx assistant 之类，还有其他可能的原因，这里我们就不去探究了。


细数了这么多跟采购相关的联系人，大家各自的客户都是什么各式各样的头衔呢？
