如何申诉亚马逊卖家被封账号

亚马逊平台作为一个以诚信经营的网站,任何微小的不当操作都有可能导致账号被封。因此,只有严格按照平台的规则,注重产品的销量,认真处理好售后,才能生存长久。

账号申诉一般有五个步骤:

1)查看亚马逊发给您的邮件通知来知道具体被移除销售权的原因。是否是账号表现问题还是违反亚马逊政策问题。

2)查看自己账号表现,客户评价找出自己具体的账号表现情况。或者查看产品是否违反了亚马逊销售政策。

3)建立一个行动方案,列出具体步骤。详细准确给亚马逊讲我们之后的计划。

A:说明您已经清楚的知道您的问题来自于您的销售过程或您的商品选择问题。

B:详细说明您将在实际操作过程中如何解决这些问题。

4)将申诉邮件发给亚马逊。

A:登陆自己的卖家账户

B:点击(Performance Notifications)

C:找到关于卖家权利被撤销通知,点击申诉(Appeal Button)

5)关注您的注册邮箱,亚马逊会回复您新的决定。
